Dental cleanings involve safe anesthetic protocols, surgical monitoring, IV catheter and fluids, and a thorough dental exam and cleaning by the veterinarian. Poor dental health can lead to sepsis, liver infections, and endocarditis in pets. These problems can be avoided by a thorough cleaning. We also offer sedation dentistry for our high risk patients.
